The intention of this blog is to highlight (and occasionally lowlight if I’m in that sort of a mood) the artists and albums that have been in the background of whatever exciting or mundane nonsense I’ve been getting up to over the years, as well as wittering on about what I’m listening to nowadays plus meanderings on whatever springs to mind whenever I have nothing better to do.
There is little doubt this will not be adhered to and will turn into inane witterings about biscuits and suchlike, but there you go.
Also, this is just the opinion of one person ostensibly writing about stuff I like, and I attempt to put across how something I like (or something that has meant something to me in the past) makes me feel, and this isn’t especially objective. This doesn’t bother me, so it shouldn’t bother you. If I write something you like, then thankyou for liking it. If I write something you don’t like that isn’t innacurate or libellous (ifyou find anything innacurate or libellous, feel free to get in touch), then go and play outside for a bit and forget this tiny part of the internet ever existed. Ta.
The “Vision On Gallery” Caveat:
There now follows a quick message for bands, artists, managements and PR types, as I’m now being contacted by some of you, and I hope that I don’t sound all Ringo Starr about it…
Thankyou all for passing through and reading! Some of you enterprising types have been sending me stuff, and I’m all for that sort of thing as I love hearing from everyone and especially hearing what you’re all getting up to. What I’d also like to say is that this site is just me in whatever spare time I can cobble together – I only have so much time/inclination to update it and so cannot include absolutely everyone I’d like to… It’s not like anyone reads this drivel anyway :) x
